What are the Membership Card Programmes

Our membership programmes enable you, the card
member, to enjoy discounts or value-add at the participating
Merchants.
How does the Programmes system work?
Simply present your Membership Card to
the cashier at any of our participating Merchants.
Are there any points involved ?
Unlike point accumulation loyalty programmes, our Merchants offer instant rewards at the time
of purchase to card members in a form of cash discounts and/or
value-add.
How do I identify which are the Merchants?
There are several ways to identify our
Merchants:
- The Diamond Dining or Golden Explorer International decal on the Merchants’
windows;
- Search our website for our list of Merchants;
- Look up the Merchants in our Merchant Booklets, which are
available at our selected Merchants.
How do I apply for a Membership
Card?
You can apply for the our card
either by calling us on our Customer Service Hotline at 603-8944 1300 or apply online via our membership application
form.
Can I use the card to pay for
my purchases?
No, our Membership Cards are NOT a credit
or debit cards. It simply allows the card holder to enjoy discounts
or value-add at the participating Merchants.
How do I find out what the latest promotions and
newest Merchants are?
- On this website;
- The Customer Service Hotline at 603-8944 1300
- Through e-mail alerts;
- Through our Merchant Booklets available at our selected
Merchants;
- Through our press advertisements.
What happens if I lose my Membership
Card or it gets stolen?
Please note that, in case of lost or stolen membership:
The company will not refund the membership fee and will not
resend members a new package. However, a new membership card
can be re-issued on a charge of RM50 per card.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
* THE COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT STAYS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE, NOT
TRANSFERABLE AND ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
* KINDLY ENSURE THAT ALL RESERVATIONS FOR 'CHECK-IN' ARE MADE
A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
FOR PEAK SEASONS & HOLIDAYS, PLEASE MAKE RESERVATIONS
1-2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
